I enquired about a 2002 Chevrolet avalanche. The salesman Kory replied back right away. I asked him for more photos since the ad didn’t really have that many pictures of the truck. I told him I’d like to see more from underneath and inside the vehicle. He told me he would go out and get the pictures and send them right back which he did and everything looked great as he said. We came on a Saturday and had Kayden(sp) helping us. He shared that he was new. He was the first person to greet us. Incredibly professional, super sweet, answered all questions we had on the newer Escalades and Yukons. Took his time with us and took us on a test drive. We weren’t planning on a vehicle purchase, and now we are walking away with a new to us Escalade. I love that he was low pressure and patient with us while we looked at newer vehicles. I went in to have my AC serviced and a leak fixed. They fixed that cheaper than any mechanic in town could've but now my car has a belt that squeaks. I've called Ryan in the service center and left voice mails but he has never returned my call.

Service took several weeks to procure the necessary seals to repair my vehicle and I always had to reach out to obtain status--it wasn't proactive. Another complaint is that Corwin does not offer loaner vehicles, whereas many dealerships do, and their shuttle driver won't drop off or pick up customers the next community to the south, on Flathead Lake, as it's just "too far" I was told. So living in a relatively rural area makes it difficult to do business and have service appointments with Corwin Motors of Kalispell.
