First the parts department failed to order the replacement windshield and after waiting two weeks I called and then it got ordered. I was quoted a price and when the work was completed the price was $200 more despite no reason given. Lastly, when I schedule my appointment the parts department failed to notify me of the companies recent change (within the past few weeks) to the credit card policy thereby costing me an additional 4%. Poor customer service in service department. Had early morning service appointment when I arrived I parked in the service lane and waited some 20 minutes for a service advisor to get up from their desk and check me in. Though there were three advisors sitting at their desks, occasionally looking directly at me none felt motivated enough to actually get up. I finally just left.
