Prompt service. Beautiful design.
Called to inquire about getting some design work done. Spoke with the owner, who said he'd be out to look at my property. He never called me back. Then I called the office, spoke with his secretary. I said, "Just checking - does the owner have no intention of calling me back? Is my business not important to you?" She said she'd check with him. Since I never heard a call back, I suppose my business was not important to him. If I could rate at zero stars, I would.
