Scheduling is a nightmare. They are so overbooked it is clear that this not about patient care, it is simply about generating a fee. The scheduling team is extremely rude! They are militant that you be on time (which is fair); however, they have consistently made us wait 20-30 minutes.... and unapologetic about it. We wished we would have selected a different orthodontist for our son.
She explains things well to my kids and talks to them about their treatment plan and asks if they have any questions as well as asking me. Her staff is always kind and courteous. I would not go anywhere else.
She does not treat her staff well and I did not have a good experience during my consult with my son. Her marketing is very pushy.
