Great people
Eisenhower is a renown hospital and they have a great staff. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about their security. The security team are a contract company through Allied Universal. They are the most unwelcoming and cold group of people. It’s really disappointing that they are the front facing and are the first faces patrons have to see upon entry. I don’t understand why Eisenhower doesn’t employ their own security staff and spend the time on actual customer service and safety. They have the money for it.
I have been a client of Dr. Ryan Wood since August. My condition was difficult and the depth of experience and caring by Dr. Wood and his team was wonderful. The office runs exceptionally efficiently, and was very clean and organized. The caregivers were all kind, helpful and empathetic. Dr. Wood provided exceptional care, explaining what was happening and why. In addition to being my wound care specialist, he also became my surgeon.
