RecommendedFrom start to finish, my experience was more than satisfactory. I was treated with kindness and respect and processed in, examined, diagnosed and processed out quickly and efficiently.
Do you need urgen care ; don’t go to this place ; office manager gave me the attitude; they are short of staff ; use your insurance to go Somewhere else, poor system ; it is just the name but lacks of compasión and real care .... just to give you the test results, it is a fight and epic app is just awful - 24 hour return calls when you need to get prescription? Unacceptable...I made the mistake to go here ...no more -
Always fast, the wait time is not bad, I've waited longer at my own Dr office with an appointment, and the staff are great. Went in not feeling well, Dr. had seen a lot of this going around lately, still did a comprehensive look at me, not "you got, what everyone else has" type thing, I've had gotten at other medical places here in the Coachella Valley. Turned out I had something more than what had been going around, thanks to the Dr. I was feeling better in no time.

I just don’t like the fact that they don’t transfer records to outside doctors. urgent care dr, was amazing! I was very sick, but I really didn’t want to go to the ER, really should have. This male dr, calls himself by 1 name a first name? Kept me as long as he could hydrated me well, antibiotics, and a few shots! Was very understanding that I didn’t want any pain meds, just wanted to feel better and not so weak! He did want he could to save me another ER visit costs. He finally released me, I did exactly what he told me to ... read more
