Re: Rim Rock Eisenhower Center in Palm Springs. The amount of reschedules I have had to endure with this office is unacceptable. All within a week of my upcoming appointment the most recent was yesterday for an appointment scheduled months ago for 10/29 which has now been postponed to 11/22. I will be looking for a new MD as the one I currently have clearly has other priorities. I fully understand when emergencies arise, that is not the issue. My husband age 66 suffered a catastrophic brain stem stroke last Jan. He was in ICU, intermediate and rehab in Las Vegas. We moved back to CA for medical care accessibility as Nevada is not superior yet though we had a few excellent people in UMC and a rehab. We got an appointment with Dr. Mahmodian on Wednesday. Absolute worst place you can go. Both my husband and I went in for a physical and no one in the office stated that a physical couldn’t be done on your first visit. The doctor filled out physical forms for us, then they billed it as a new patient visit instead, which isn’t covered by insurance, leaving us with thousands of dollars in medical bills. They refuse to fix their mistake. They are scammer and frauds. Don’t go to this office unless you want to spend thousands for your weight and height to be checked
Sadly this is the best hospital in the valley. JFK is worse, it takes forever just to get an appointment with a provider. Might as well go to Mexico for their medical treatment
