Not knowledgeable for helpful. Dr did not know how to fill out a form for disabled parking pass. Dr will not get me an MRI although in the past I have a large pit tumor.
I have been with them for 12 years and until recently I have been very happy. Since Jan. of this year, they have collected my monthly fee for 8 months and have not been able to assign me a doctor as they are shorthanded. Beware and be sure you actually get a physician before you sign!
Staff is efficient as well as caring. Dr. Mark Minot is an outstanding physician in all respects.
