Dr Patel, Deep, does not care. She runs a drug rehab disguised as a pain management clinic. She makes you sign contracts and pee in a cup on every visit. Her medical assistant Cesar Ramos called the police twice to make a wellness checks on me at my home, twice, unnecessarily. I never stated that I was suicidal. I stated I contemplate life WHEN my pain reaches a certain level. Cesar Ramos needs to be retrained. This place is total mess. I started with Dr Wong last November. He’s OK, appointments are difficult to secure (he books months out). His back office staff make error after error. No surprise that his excellent PA left. In the end I sought treatment at a private pain clinic.
Dr. Kevin Wong Do, pain management, is by far an excellent doctor. I have been his patient for bout a year. He's administered numerous epidural injections, in my lower spine. I have received great results, going from a pain level of 9-10, down to 0. Only a few days after the injections. The staff from registration to the nurses, which come out to great you and walk you in to take vitals and prep you before the procedure. They take forever to answer calls or to call you back. When making an appointment be sure to bring something to keep you busy, they make you wait over an hour from your schedule time!!
