Dr. Shen was called to do emergency back surgery on me which occurred on a Sunday morning. I was unable to walk and now I am 100%. My after care was excellent. I have referred friends to Dr. Shen and will continue to do so.
After two weeks of calling the clinic for an MRI request update/status I had to take action through my provider. Because, for over 2 weeks of calling there was no returned call, no response from a Neurological Surgery Institute. Finally, maybe weeks later, I received a call saying the request must have gotten lost. Something a-miss with the function of staff. Baffled
Dr. Shen performed a lumbar laminectomy and discemtomy six months. ago. I am in excruciating pain in the same area with no explanation of why. i had hoped for a better outcome.
He’s brilliant. After going to doctors for 4 years he’s the only dr. who was able to diagnosed me. Instead of reading findings from my MRI he read my films himself.
