Dr Hirshberg is my primary care physician since 1988. He was my husband, Sidney Sheldon’s, doctor as well. Dr Hirshberg is a brilliant diagnostician. He saved my husband’s life seven times in the time frame that we engaged him as our primary doctor. If the problem was beyond his specialty, such as heart related, he got us to the right specialist immediately. He is extremely caring and responsible. I trust Dr Hirschberg with my life. Reason being is because he saved my life in the ER 18 months ago. Dr Hirschberg is on top of it. Any tests or scans that I have run on me(anywhere outside of Eisenhower) I forward to Dr. Hirschberg for his highly educated & well rounded point of view. He is not an expert in every field but he is quite knowledgeable in most of them. He can get you to the right Doctor if you specialist. Any amount of time you have to wait on this doctor is worth it.
I went to Dr. Hirschberg and from the beginning he was rude to me. I could not stand then man and never went back. My appointment turned into 2 hrs. He kept leaving the room and would be gone for a long time. Last time he left I went out to find him and he was eating his lunch!! I just left---he thinks he's something special!! I loved his question what makes me think I have arthritis?? I only have a fused back,fused neck and both shoulders replaced!! I have been treated 20 yrs. for RA !!!
If you suffer from RA and given up hope. Please see this doctor ! This doctor and his staff are the very, very best. I feel very blessed to have found him. Feel like its a miracle. He also hads the cools dog right in the office, love that dog.
I have been going to Dr. for many years, but haven't been evaluated in recent years. I tell him what i think is wrong and get a shot and out the door. I do highly recommend him as a professional, caring doctor and I trust him completely.
