Another beautiful Eisenhower campus!
I was absolutely disgusted by the state of the bathrooms at Eisenhower Argyros Health Center. They were filthy—trash overflowing, floors sticky, and an unbearable stench. For a healthcare facility, this is completely unacceptable. It’s shocking that a place focused on health and wellness would allow such unsanitary conditions. Clearly, cleanliness is not a priority here. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone until they seriously address these issues.
Very nice facility. The staff is friendly and several offices/specialties are at this location. We love our PCP and don't dread going to appointments. :) Decent amount of parking available, plus valet. There's a little cafe on the first floor, too. If you have an occasion to be at this location, you'll likely be in good hands.
First “non-profit” urgent care I’ve been to that doesn’t accept IEHP.
I’ve been a patient here for the four years I’ve been living in the CV. The healthcare here gets worse every time I visit. On my last visit, the resident doctor said he didn’t understand thyroid issues so he couldn’t refill my meds but will refer me to an endocrinologist. Then he said he couldn’t refill my medication for arthritis because he didn’t understand arthritis either so he referred me to a rheumatologist who can’t see me until the day before Christmas.
