If I could give this emergency room no stars I would. I came in here for help to only have my rights stripped from me and put on a hold by social worker, Lilana. Held against my will and not listened to and treated as if I was crazy and not like a human being. They didn’t even put my current condition into account. I was laughed at by a nurse named Victor during my stay and lied to by nurse Taci about my info being blacked out for them to give out my information. Big HIPAA violation. Worst emergency room EVER! Walking into this hospital is like walking in with a Fever and coming out with a broken leg . My mother waiting 5 to 6hrs in a lobby without any sort of wait time or people head update count . Then when I asked to bring her out to transport her to another hospital the nurse was extremely rude knowing how upset and concerned I was for my mothers health . God Save that hospital

RecommendedEVERY SINGLE person I encountered yesterday at the Hospital was so great and helpful and most of all compassionate. A special thank you to the Security Guard working the ER entrance Friday, May 8th at 10am -ish. He was so kind, caring and helpful during a very stressful situation. The Drs. and Nurses in the ER also deserve my thanks. My husband could have died, he didn't. THANK YOU and God bless you all. I will sing my praises of Eisenhower to all I know.
