If I could give this place zero stars, it wouldn’t be low enough. This hospital has sent me forms to fill out that were previously filled out by another patient, including a ,DOD number,work address, and all other personal information. I have left family medicine with someone else’s tooth. I was assigned a psychologist that is openly sexist and had become so severe that I had my husband sit in my therapy appointments to keep The psychiatrist professional and respectful.
