Well, they saved my life, so how could that be less than five-stars? If I left a four-star review, the medical staff would be like, "what's it take to get FIVE stars beyond saving a guy's life ‽‽". Seriously, I received great care from the ambulance that scooped my up from the side of Kilborne St. to my final post-op appointment with General Surgery. A sincere "thank you" to the skilled people there providing care.
The ER doctor was totally rushing me out the door. I came in with serious pain. He gave me morphine and another pain meds and rushed me out the door. No X-rays or MRI... he had some crazy explanation for it.... so I got just some meds to take home and not even best wishes. My husband had to talk to him and that's when he came in, closed the door, grabbed a chair and sat down and explained things without rushing. Unbelievable. I have never had a doctor such as. So my husband told me he got admitted to the psych ward and no one has called me on how he is doing. And am in a different state than him and this is so frustrating that no one is answering the phone or facebook to help me answer questions.
