If I could give 0 stars, I would. The young lady at the front at window 2 was absolutely rude. Caramel complexion, twists hairstyle, neck length hair, dark blonde. She behaved as if I inconvenienced her day by walking into the ER. She also should learn to speak clearly and not have an attitude when someone asks for clarification.
