Service was pleasant and quick
I went and was in and out super quick, on a Friday evening at that! The doctors and nurses were all very nice and I got my prescription at the pharmacy right after
Went to the ER around 2200, staff was quick and to the point. They answered all my questions and comments. A nurse took my blood in one go and when I asked her to draw from a certain area she did. Dr. Apple was super kind and she took away all my worries and anxiety as soon as she started talking to me. She listened and was cheerful.
While visiting family out of town I came back home sick. I was having trouble breathing and my chest was hurting as well as my nose was stopped up. I had been feeling this way for about a week. I decided to go ahead and call the tricare nurse line and see what they recommended. They told me to go to Eisenhower ER immediately. Since I have Tricare Select I didn’t know it was an option to go on base. They told me yes I can go on base with no worries.
