Dr. Devlin and his staff are great. Friendly, kind, accommodating and professional. Their front desk is stellar and are the poster child of what this should be. Can't say enough positive about them.
My daughter has life-threatening food allergies. Dr. Devlin refused to reissue her expired EpiPen prescription (required by law for daycare) unless she was seen weeks later, even though he has prescribed it before and she has needed it to save her life. He also ordered $950+ worth of environmental allergy blood tests without my knowledge, consent, or any symptoms—then recommended even more unnecessary testing. My call was returned promptly, scheduling was easy, staff was exceptionally courteous and friendly. Dr. Majid is patient, compassionate and professional. Did not rush me. if one can call a doctor's office visit pleasant, this certainly was. Thank you!
We saw Dr. Majid for my son’s eczema flare with a concern for an allergy trigger. I went in honestly nervous to be completely dismissed but Dr. Majid was so friendly, compassionate and took so much time to explain everything to us in detail. He scheduled two follow ups with us to ensure my son’s eczema was improving. Everyone in the entire office was so patient, friendly, and did everything with a smile on their face! We were beyond happy with the care we received.
Tried scheduling an appointment for my daughter, receptionist Thalia called and left a message. Intentionally within the last 10 minutes of closing knowing they won't answer. I called back immediately and of course no answer. I called 4 more times during the course of the week. The other receptionist just kept saying, "sorry Thalia isn't here today."
