My call was returned promptly, scheduling was easy, staff was exceptionally courteous and friendly. Dr. Majid is patient, compassionate and professional. Did not rush me. if one can call a doctor's office visit pleasant, this certainly was. Thank you!
We saw Dr. Majid for my son’s eczema flare with a concern for an allergy trigger. I went in honestly nervous to be completely dismissed but Dr. Majid was so friendly, compassionate and took so much time to explain everything to us in detail. He scheduled two follow ups with us to ensure my son’s eczema was improving. Everyone in the entire office was so patient, friendly, and did everything with a smile on their face! We were beyond happy with the care we received.
Tried scheduling an appointment for my daughter, receptionist Thalia called and left a message. Intentionally within the last 10 minutes of closing knowing they won't answer. I called back immediately and of course no answer. I called 4 more times during the course of the week. The other receptionist just kept saying, "sorry Thalia isn't here today." I saw Doctor Devlin for the first time. He is kind, compassionate, professional and thorough. All the staff were respectful and kind and explained everything on what was going to happen through the entire visit. The only negative is the long wait list to get an appointment. But that seems to be the case with specialists here in the CV, a shortage of doctors and health care staff.
