THEY HAVE NO COMPASSION – I had been trying to get my mom in to see Dr. Eisenbud for about 3 weeks and they hold up was they said they never received the faxed Rx from the primary care phys. I can understand a fax getting lost once but it was faxed an additonal 3 times and the front desk still said they did not receive it and for us not to call and bother them again until they call us. I have been in the Medical field myself for about 20 years and if i ever spoke to a patient like that I would be fired. I am sure that the Dr... read more
Avoid this establishment – Although doctor was nice at times, he didn't really improve my health condition. Actually I got worst. The staff was ok but was not that helpful either. They did mess up my appointment one time which wasted my time. Definitely stay away and I'm happy with my new doctor. Take care.
Not recommended – This office staff is the most abusive and unsensitive I have ever encountered. They are so busy socializing with each other. they have a very limited time with a patient, they make you feel like you are taking up their time by asking a question. No question about it a change in staff, or more staff is needed. Each time you call it means a 10 to 15 minute wait on hold.
Arrogant and abusive office policy – There was a highway closing accident on the way to my appointment. After several attempts to call, being put on hold each time, when I finally got there about 10 minutes late, I was told that they wouldn't see me, they don't reschedule, and I should return to my primary care physician and "find a new doctor." This arrogant and abusive behavior doe not rise to level of civilized society of any kind let alone any sort of caregiver profession.
