If I could leave zero stars I would. My mother entered Eisenberg last year without any medical issues separate from her dementia. While there, she contracted a UTI and, because of Eisenberg's unwillingness or inability to help, lived with that condition for nearly a month, culminating in my mother's sharp behavioral changes and, eventually, suffering a seizure.
