I called for a backed up sewer line after 5pm on a Friday. These guys came out quick and got the job done. They were very professional, answered any questions, explained the cause and even helped clean up a bit.
During the polar vortex of negative temperatures, our geothermal would not turn on!! They were not the original installers 13 years ago. BUT, they came to our rescue on the weekend and got it running. Stayed to make sure it continue to work. Left extra fuses for us to use. Highly recommend their services.
Rapeople here my heater broke down when it was -15.it sucked.but they came out a few times replacing parts an today it's up an going like new thank you all for helping me when I needed it.
We have called on Eisenbarth through the "American Home Shield" program before with no problem. This time, with a major cold front a couple of days away and a broken furnace, they flat out refused to help us because of the extra paperwork that inconveniences them. Thanks to God, we have an alternative way to heat our house.
