I went for a second opinion for my condition. I was told on the phone not to bring any of my prior medical records as they would do all new testing. Overall, very impressed with office. Audiology, P.T., but Dr.Eisen came off as if I was wasting his time. Did not go over any of the testing I had done that day and was very aloof towards me. I'm glad it was only a second opinion and not for treatment as I would not want to be treated as some sort of joke.

***Updating my review, to add that I sought another opinion from a different surgeon in Rhode Island. What a difference between this Dr and Dr. Eisen. He was kind, and he listened. And he looked at the same CT scans Dr. Eisen did, and in my ear, and said, I 1,000% had a cholesteatoma, and that there was erosion to my ear bones. Dr. Eisen had said there wasn't erosion, and didn't believe there was a cholesteatoma. New surgeon even showed what was was visable in my ear canal of it, to my husband through the otoscope. Extremely professional from the moment you walk in until the time you leave. After you go through testing you sit down with doctor Eisen to where he explains things to your understanding. Great staff!!
