Wonderful experience. I had a rhinoplasty and implant exchange and from the consult : everything was very clear and expectations were thoroughly discussed. Thank you to Melanie, Veronica, Lyvia, and of course Dr. E. I had a very smooth surgery and better than expected recovery! All my friends and family are amazed how quickly I was able to return to work, and routine things I enjoy. Many thanks to Dr.E and staff for the lovely experience. Very disappointed in Dr Eisemann. My nose turned out fine but genioplasty a few years later has caused lower lip to droop. Went in for a follow up today asking if he could test for nerve damage and he said what's the point you can't fix it . He stated Botox may remedy problem temporarily and I wanted to go ahead with that . I only needed 2.5 units which he wanted to charge $100 for - so ridiculous - even famous plastic surgeons in LA like azzizadeh dont "jew" their patients and ask for normal pricing - nothing special about ... read more
I've had two surgeries with him.one reduction and had some issues. After bringing to his attention he happily agreed to do my reconstruction. Update: After A year of my reconstruction I'm still left without a nipple and very uneven breast. I believe honesty is the best policy. I regret my choices and i have to live with this disfigurement. I see alot of happy people but in all honesty i can never be normal again. Other doctor won't even touch me .
Thanks to Dr. Eisemann and his wonderful team of nurses, I as a trans masculine finally got the chest I’ve dreamed about for all of my life. They were incredibly welcoming, respectful of pronouns and kind. They even got me in the same month we discussed which felt incredibly rare and lucky. Their office is beautiful and the staff of Houston Methodist was also incredible and made me feel comfortable.
