I wish I could vote negative. Do not rent from these people!! We originally rented from a company called Alliance Property Management, and after a year or so we were informed via mail that Eisaman was taking over the property. We were never contacted about signing a new lease/contract with Eisman, and continued to pay the same amount of rent, only now to Eisaman.
