To, Leasing Agent Zac; for 6 Surada Place Advertised wrong availability date; leased property with faults and extremely dirty carpets; slow at responding to repair requests; got repairs done in 4 months with lease holder pushing it by different means; ending up costing in extremely high energy bill and discomfort. Agency unable to understand the basic situation and resolving the issue when holded rent for a week. The worst agent in hobart you can ask for. The communication is not the best. Hard to deal with. As a tenant we pay rent very on time and never in arrears , however when we left and need the reference EIS sending the ledger in the wrong time frame and give a bad reference. I just wonder which kind of person would do things like that.
Kate Priest was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond every single step of the way. She was professional. She was knowledgeable. She was so kind. Nothing was too much for her to handle. She responded immediately to all correspondence and was extremely efficient and accurate in all of her paperwork. We purchased the property interstate and she was so helpful with everything. I can not thank Kate enough. I would recommend her to everyone.
