As a property owner EIP rentals has been an outstanding management company. It can be nerve racking to leave your property in the hands of a renter or management company but they have been amazing to work with. They are prompt with communication about problems with my property and when it comes available it does not sit unoccupied very long. They have wonderful resources at their disposal for any Maintainance issues or even damages to the property. I am comfortable with my property in their hands.
