Avoid purchasing from this company as they are very dishonest. I purchased a Wera tool kit though their Amazon storefront, I decided to return the item and shipped it back via UPS per their instructions. Their company charged me a 50% restocking fee because they didn’t like the way the UPS store shipped the item back to them. Do not purchase from this dishonest company or you might regret it! I see that this company has many bad reviews. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS COMPANY.

no response to emails...my label was created and never shipped...RIP OFF! Don't waste your time..I cancelled my order but since they don't respond, who knows if I will get a refund..
Ordered a part that didnt show out of stock. Took them a week to go from the part is on backorder for two weeks and if you want to cancel let us know to they automatically canceled it two more days later...wasted my time, Thanks Zoro .com for not wasting my time and having the part.
A thief company, an order on ebay, they cannot send the appropriate number of keys ordered, they do not want to return the money or send the missing elements, avoid this "seller", thieves and fraudsters.
