Super good customer service specially being a walk in wo reservation. It made up w me having a really bad experience at Nauti Dayz. Will be referring this place to everyone. Thanks for turning my frown to a smile.
Nice store, friendly counter staff and almost new 20ft. pontoon boat. But when returning the boat, detective Colombo shows up, mention the paint on the prop is scratched, on the prop leading edge. It was that way when we got the boat. We were not charged, but the third degree scrutiny at the boat return was not a fun experience. I have owned several boats over many years and prop scratches and dings are part of routine boat use. The folks that own & run the ships store @ The Walden Marina are top notch & very courteous!!!!! The rental boats are new & the store is stocked very very well !!!! Great job Dean & staff !!!!!!

Absolutely my favorite store on Lake Conroe. I try to take every customer I have by the store at least once a day. They have nice restrooms and a personable atmosphere. They also have anything you need on the water.
Great boat rentals! We had rent a boat for 4 hours. After 3 and 15min we came back in the dock, because there was a thunderstorm. The owner helped us and we waited until it was over and gave us an other hour to go back on the lake. The service is great! Will come back here!
