Well my doctor's visit was okay, I gotten a doctor's note. I had to pay co pay in the front office and the person named Aliyah H refused to take cash at first and asked if I had card, she didn't let me scan to pay and took my card from me. After a minute so said she takes cash now.. later on that day I gotten a payment charge on my bank account from that same card. Used to love this place it fell off a lot! They have a NP named PARK who doesn’t care or listen to what you’re saying!!! time for me to find a new primary care physician I’ve been going here since I was born and it was in conshy and doctor Franklin was my primary care these are sad time we live in UPDATE : they stopped scheduling me with the NP and I see dr Mohamed she is wonderful

I am a new patient at this practice. I only had one visit thus far. Dr. Hwang was great. However, trying to handle business with them over the phone is a struggle. On Friday 8/28/2026 starting at 1:35 pm, I tried to call the office three times and no one answered the phone. Total wait time 46 minutes. That's not including having to go through the prompts with each call. No one even answered to say please hold someone will be with you shortly. The doctors, nurses and nurse practitioners have all been great. HOWEVER, if you need anything else, like a referral, information, or even to speak to a person in the office it’s an absolute nightmare. I routinely spend 30+ minutes on hold before I give up. It honestly makes me avoid going to the doctor. I’ve gone to an urgent care over relying on this office. If I could give half a star I would. Issue #1: Pap smear appointment, which was made six weeks earlier, was cancelled two hours prior because "male doctor wasn't comfortable doing a pap smear." No follow up to reschedule, no apology for making me lose a half sick day. They blamed the scheduling service. Issue #2: They wrote a mammogram prescription that didn't have a specific doctor listed, so after driving an hour to the imaging center, I couldn't get a mammogram.
