NP Sun Hee Park is probably the worst nurse practitioner I’ve probably ever met. She doesn’t listen to your concerns and wastes your time and money. I messaged her over the patient portal a couple months ago expressing a concern of mine and was told I had to see her in person. I came in and paid a copay just for her to see me for two minutes and tell me I’m just anxious after telling her all my symptoms of something else. Traumatizing
This practice is an absolute disaster. My recent encounters have included having an appointment canceled at 7:30 am on the day of my appointment, calling the office to reschedule that appointment only to get the service because they were not open yet (the person from the service had an accent so heavy that I could barely make out what he was saying), seeing a per diem doctor for a sinus infection that resulted in an issue with my ear, calling in the day after the appointment with the per diem doctor because the symptoms wors... read more
After reading negative reviews I was a bit nervous to start at this practice but my experience has been great so far. I'm seeing Sun Hee Park and she listens and cares about my health and concerns. The office staff is friendly and efficient and the practice operates in timely fashion.
