I needed to have a prescription renewed. Three attempts were made--the first one by my pharmacy, the 2nd two by me by phone. I was told that my request would be submitted as "urgent" to the reviewing physician. No response. I have run out of my medication. I have been waiting for a week. Talk about slipping through the cracks.... Guess I have to go there in person and beg.
2hrs & Counting for an Annual Physical! 315p appointment; time is currently 501p! I’m literally sitting in the room waiting on the resident to come back with the doctor. I’ve watched people come and go-and I’m still sitting here! I have no medications on file, generally healthy, clear labs etc-why is this appointment taking so long?! Not sure if it has anything to do with the recent Jefferson Health merger-but this office has gone downhill; this will be THE LAST YEAR this practice sees me!
If I could give these people a negative 5 stars I would. I don't think I've ever posted an online review, but after enduring the horrific service of this practice over and over I felt compelled to leave a cautionary review for anyone who is thinking about using this place--DONT DO IT. Problems across the board ranging from *cant get a Rx filled without calling 10x *Appts they take you 45 mins late and the appt takes 10x longer than it should *cant meet with an actual Dr; it's always a resident who doesnt have any say in anyt... read more
