What's the result when big medicine gets it's hands on a small practice.... Edit: changed to one star after misdiagnosed... I hear they are closing, but it is probably for the best.
Please find another clinic, nurse staff is rude and simple think like filling the forms for school are impossible
What a joke! On hold for over an hour now trying to talk to SOMEONE about my 3 year old who has an ear infection.
This doctor's office has been my son's doctors for the past two years and thankfully they have been wonderful. Anytime I call they are understanding. If my son is sick, I am able to get an appointment for him to be seen. The nurses are VERY caring and the doctors are very thorough. We are extremely pleased with Einstein Pediatrics!!
Thinking of using this practice as your child’s pediatrician? Think again! Same-day sick visits don’t exist anymore! Doctors block out two hours for meetings and would rather do that than see a sick kid. This entire practice (all locations) has gone down hill. Please go somewhere else with your kids. Most of the doctors (I have had one wonderful one when I can actually BE SEEN) just care about pushing the kids through like a conveyor belt. They seem like they care & listen but they don’t.
