It's the worst place I have ever dealt with. They are uncooprative, tough when you call them, and don't surprise if they hang up the phone in your face. I had a really bad experience with them.
Disgusting attitude, you can never get to the pediatrician for illness. Once we arrived in person, the children had a high fever, severe pain in their ears, they were not allowed in, tried to take a ticket for the next few days, no, next time I call, I ask for an appointment, again there is nothing. Don't go there. The children have never passed a blood and urine test in two years.
Dr Mufti gets 10 stars if possible!!! But they’ve got to do something about the admins. Horrible attitude on the phone. We’ve been coming here for years and it’s always a painful and offensive experience just trying to schedule an appointment. The woman today on the phone had such a bad attitude I’ve just about had it with this place. I’m a naturally kind and bubbly person, and they make me feel like my baby’s healthcare is a nuisance.
