Worst practice ever!!! Don’t even try calling unless you have all day to be on hold. If you can actually get an appointment consider yourself lucky.
No one's there to answer telephone!!! The answering machine is no help!
I went to Dr. Hwang as a new patient for my chronic lower back pain after my earlier PCP ended his practice. In spite of the lack of medical history from prior doctor, still Dr. Hwang was very attentive and listened to me in detail and planned the best possible treatment for me. In addition, he took personal care and attentiveness in understanding my medical condition - and further made recommendations/referral for specialists/physiotherapy to give me as a patient the best possible options to handle my condition. Sadly, this is the most poorly organized medical practice I have ever experienced. Made my initial appointment. Never received the email they promised with link to patient portal. So, I confirmed the appointment twice over the next 2 weeks. Never received the email they promised each time I called. Went for my appointment and THEY HAD NO RECORD FOR ME. When I initially made the appointment I'd spend 5 minutes on the phone providing ins and contact info and answering health history questions. They had nothing. They also could... read more
