Einstein Pain Management has been a very positive experience for me overall, and I’d give them a strong four stars. The office runs efficiently, and I always felt that my concerns were taken seriously rather than rushed through. The doctor I saw was excellent and really took the time to listen to my history and understand how my pain was affecting my daily life. Literally the worst experience in the ER last May as well as continuous errors in referral and paperwork. They called and I explained several times that my gynecologist and pcp can file my referrals and orders on my behalf. I’ve continued to be utterly disappointed but am stuck seeing them because of my pcp…. Who I actually like… I’ve had to stop getting bloodwork because of the continuous bruising on that they leave on my arms and hands. This literally only happens at this Labcorp. please do not go here unless you have to…
This is a terrible place. If you want to waste a lot of time, energy, and leave without any real results, then this hospital might be for you. The level of organization and care is extremely disappointing, and the overall experience was frustrating from start to finish. There is no option to schedule an appointment for an X-ray, which makes the process even more chaotic. When you come in, you should be prepared to wait at least an hour, if not much longer.
