I’ve dealt with severe shoulder issues for years, and it’s been hard to find people in healthcare who truly care. Every single person here does. The front desk needs to be professional
The front desk is ignorant. She was openly making fun of patents and evenyone else participated. No one had the never to stop bad behavior
I can not say enough about Dr. Christopher Williamson and Dr. Jake and the Einstein Family. Everyone I have dealt with have been top notch right down to the front desk. They are a group that really care about everyone who walk through their door. For someone who has never had a operations and was very nervous Dr. Williamson saw that and came over and told me it was going to be ok and calm down and relax. Dr. Yang & his assistant were great 👍🏾 However the women working the front desk are ignorant as hootrats! Telling me I stink and spraying disinfectant all around me. Is that how ALL patients are treated? Because that is very rude & unprofessional considering she works in Healthcare. My time & respect is very valuable to me. I don't appreciate how I was insulted.
