I completely wasted my time and money coming here.
Got into a bicycle accident in may last year. Flipped over the handle bars, fractured my wrist, elbow and hurt my shoulder really bad. Couldn’t put on my own shirts or take them off. Couldn’t lay on it or really use my left arm much in general. Waited 10 days for my appointment to see Dr Andrew Beaver the shoulder specialist. While everyone there was very nice, he severely misdiagnosed me after spending about 30 seconds with me. I am a patient of record. Einstein/Moss has my information. They keep telling my lawyer and me that I am not a patient . And yet they can still call me to reschedule appointments. I do not understand.
