Very disappointed at this practice. First appointment your schedule today before Thanksgiving I was asking if the office will be open and schedule yourself as well and we ended up coming in the officers close, we didn’t get any call to reschedule the appointment. Staff is friendly and attentive. Great doctors
Scheduled an appointment 3 months ago. The night before my appointment got a call from the office that they need to cancel my appointment because there is no doctor that day and they will call me back to reschedule. 3 weeks late4 haven't hot a call I decided to call to see why haven't got a call and to schedule another appointment. I went here today and was worried after seeing some of the previous reviews. But it was nothing at all to be worried of. The front receptionist was very nice and there was little to no wait. I was informed well of what was happening throughout my exam. Each person i spoke to had a nice personality and was willing to answer questions. I was treated with respect and truly enjoyed the visit. This was my first eye exam in over ten years so it was refreshing for this to go so smoothly.
I just called to schedule appointment, the receptionst was so unprofessional and kind of rude, I need to call back to cancel the appointment.
