Scheduled an appointment 3 months ago. The night before my appointment got a call from the office that they need to cancel my appointment because there is no doctor that day and they will call me back to reschedule. 3 weeks late4 haven't hot a call I decided to call to see why haven't got a call and to schedule another appointment. I went here today and was worried after seeing some of the previous reviews. But it was nothing at all to be worried of. The front receptionist was very nice and there was little to no wait. I was informed well of what was happening throughout my exam. Each person i spoke to had a nice personality and was willing to answer questions. I was treated with respect and truly enjoyed the visit. This was my first eye exam in over ten years so it was refreshing for this to go so smoothly.
I just called to schedule appointment, the receptionst was so unprofessional and kind of rude, I need to call back to cancel the appointment.
I was at my appointment on time. After a half hour I asked how much longer it would be. The woman behind the desk was not rude, but she did not apologize for the inconvenience. She also couldn’t answer my question. As a teacher, I frequently apologize to family members or students even when the issue lies with the district - because I’m the face of the district - I’m its representative. I finally left after 50 minutes and I will be getting in touch with the practice and/or the hospital because they need to train the workers ... read more
