Jan 24, 2022. If I can give 0 for the rating that rating that is what I will give this hospital. I am so frustrated with this hospital. i have been calling for the last 3 hours to call to find out about my husband. I called, no answer, called... from 6:30pm and it is now 858pm and still cannot get through. My husband had a stroke and was transferred from ICU to another room. for three hours now there is no one answering the phone. I am still trying. This has been a nightmare of an experience. My husband was admitted based on needing a neurological and physical therapy evaluation.. Although he walked in with a cane , he walked in! Housed on the third floor for three nights, he declined rapidly, While most nurses were cordial, information about his condition was sketchy. He continued to remain in the same clothes , hygiene ignored. He had a bag complete with toiletries never used. Worst hospital ever. Would give Zero stars if I could. ER doctor Michael Owens misdiagnosed my daughter and was unreceptive to hearing her history. Came across as someone who was unfamiliar with her condition so he just pulled a new one out of the air. Very dangerous place to be treated. The ER was understaffed and Jane the nurse was hard to find. Absolutely awful place. Incompetent nurse and doctor. It was so bad that I will be pursuing this, possibly through legal avenues.

It gets one star for 99% of the people we encountered were genuinely nice. And that's the only good thing I can say about this place. They endangered my husband's life and no one ever seemed to know what was going on. I had to badger them for two days to get my husband transferred to another hospital (he was medically stable to travel). They're understaffed and overwhelmed. My husband came in with heart problems and it took them hours to even take a look at him. They didn't come to any kind of diagnosis for 9 hours. They we... read more
