The staff is very friendly and they offer appointments rather quickly. Love that they have free valet parking.
I’m currently in room 25-2 Dr hammed is rude , is not treating me for what I came here told me to go some where else for that ! He is profiling me I asked for another doctor and he said no I am confused it’s my right to have a different doctor if I choose ! This doctor is rolling his eyes and everything very unprofessional ! I need someone in my room now !!! I have never had an issue with this hospital I live near by so I come here !
RecommendedI was actually born here when it was Rolling Hills Hospital , went there for physical therapy and still go there for all my medical problems. very good Hospital and all the workers from Housekeeping , nurses , doctors and the E.R. are very pleasant. I recommend this place , never had a bad experience
Theresa my nurse was amazing and kind! My X-ray technician was pleasant as well as the lady for MRI! The Dr was nice as well! I just wish they could’ve healed me! I have to go to a orthopedic specialist. Thank you for a pleasant experience even with an unpleasant visit!
I always have good experiences at Einstein Elkins Park. I had my knee replacement here. I’ve done physical therapy here too. I recently had breast surgery here in May. During my stay the staff The staff there is very pleasant everyone always speaks to was great! During hospital visits the staff always says hello to me in the hallway. I love the valet guys there so nice. I would definitely recommend this hospital for anyone who’s having surgery. It’s a wonderful location. It’s very clean and I find everyone very helpful
Awful awful awful!! My mother was visiting this hospital for a second opinion. It was an issue finding the correct office and not one member of the staff asked if we needed helped locating the office. We clearly looked lost. Then we finally make it to the office and while waiting for my mother to be finished with her appointment, this girl working there used the word 'bitch' to describe my mother. Of course I confronted her about this and she flat out lied about it. Never never go here!!!
