Had a yearly pap-smear ‘done’ here and the results came back inconclusive because the doctor did not take the sample correctly. As if that isn’t absurd enough, I have called to get this test repeated WEEKLY since September and have not received a call back. I have also called the doctor 12 documented times to no avail. Go elsewhere if you care for your health because they DO NOT.

The front desk staff were nice and professional. Dr. Bridgens was thorough and took her time listening to my concerns.

My Dr Talamo joined this office. Here is what you can expect, no return phone calls after numerous calls to the main line, no one calling you back about your bloodwork and totally forget about referrals unless you go there and stand inline to talk to the front office staff. It is beyond depressing that I am actually considering another family physician do to people just not doing their job.

My doctor (Talamo) recently joined Einstein. I've been with him for nearly 30 years and will most likely be switching because it is impossible to get through to the office. Needed an authorization for an MRI. My mother (who lives closer to the office) ended up going over to the office in-person to get them to call me and give me the info I needed. Now I need a referral to see my eye doctor for a vision emergency and I cannot get through to anyone on the phone, regardless of which extension I select. Dr. Talamo is amazing but... read more
