Always great care.
Called to set up a new patient appointment, there not taking new patients which is fine and understandable. But the women I spoke to was rude and nasty. If that's a reflection of this office then I dodged a bullet on that one. I don't need an attitude because your understaffed. I get it sucks but don't take it out on possible or current patients.
