나는 며칠전에 이곳에서 CT scan을 하였다. 모든 직원들이 친절하였고 창구에 있는 miss Holly는 나의 질문이나 요구 사항에 친절하게 대답해 주었다. 오늘 CT scan 결과 file을 받고 싶어서 전화 했더니 miss Holly가 받았고 그녀의 서비스는 완벽했다. 정말 감사합니다.

I wish I could give this a zero. I had no problems when Talamo was at his previous office, but when I have to call through here it's always a nightmare. Every time I'm on hold for at LEAST 40 min. I've been disconnected several times and then had to wait an hour again. All I needed to know this time was if my doctor takes workers comp, a simple yes or no. They (3 front desk people) said YES. Had a yearly pap-smear ‘done’ here and the results came back inconclusive because the doctor did not take the sample correctly. As if that isn’t absurd enough, I have called to get this test repeated WEEKLY since September and have not received a call back. I have also called the doctor 12 documented times to no avail. Go elsewhere if you care for your health because they DO NOT.

The front desk staff were nice and professional. Dr. Bridgens was thorough and took her time listening to my concerns.
