I called to get some instructions on some test the doctor had asked me to do. I was told I could come into the office to get the papers. I get there hour before when Google said you guys are closing. The door was I go in and stand at the front the woman busy listening to her music eye balls me and tells me we are closed. So I asked what time do you close so that I can come back the next day. The worst place ever. Took them two weeks to get a freaking physical form signed. They said come on Monday, I did and had to wait a whole hour for the doctor to come back from the break. Eventually I left out of frustration. Then I went on Tuesday and apparently they couldn’t find where the form went. This is stupid as hell.

Worst practice- good luck getting them to answer the phone let alone requesting an appointment-

Worst place. They say come 15 minutes before appointment but the doctor shows 1 hour later in the appointment. Worst part is that this happens always. Looking for a new place now.
