The worst place ever. Took them two weeks to get a freaking physical form signed. They said come on Monday, I did and had to wait a whole hour for the doctor to come back from the break. Eventually I left out of frustration. Then I went on Tuesday and apparently they couldn’t find where the form went. This is stupid as hell.
Worst practice- good luck getting them to answer the phone let alone requesting an appointment-
Worst place. They say come 15 minutes before appointment but the doctor shows 1 hour later in the appointment. Worst part is that this happens always. Looking for a new place now.
