awesome staffs, nice, cool, and professional. very caring with the warm blanket.
I went in for an endoscopy with a bravo device inserted. when i first walked in the fire alarm was going off very loudly as a test. i was also the first patient on the schedule. the young woman at the front apologize over and over about it!! she was so kind and helpful with helping me check in and help with the paper work she even walked it out to me from behind the desk! i can’t remember my nurse was who got me set up but she was very kind and very quick and seemless putting in my iv. i have terrible veins and she got it on... read more
For an experience that most people frown upon, I actually look forward to visiting again in 5 years. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in any doctor's office or procedural center. Everybody was so pleasant from start to finish. Nurses, anesthesiologist, the doctor everyone was nicer than the next and to hear birds chirping in preparation area and then to be wheeled into the room where the colonoscopy is actually done was comforting. What a waste of time they told me to be there by 10:30. They didn’t take me back until 1130. Then they told me I had to leave because they couldn’t do the procedure because of heart conditions. I wish somebody would’ve went over this before scheduling
Had a lovely colonoscopy experience in Blue Bell this morning. No sarcasm, which is amusing in itself. Warm blanket, lavender/sandalwood aromatherapy patch, soft music, great staff, and nice nap! My results were all clear which was a relief. Thank you to the front desk, Barb, the anesthesiologists, RN Paul, and Dr. DePalma. All very professional.
