I had a colonoscopy yesterday. Once I got to the office, everyone on the staff was awesome. I will highly recommend getting a colonoscopy because of how important it is & this office makes it easy. As I said multiple times yesterday, the prep is awful but the nap is fantastic 😊 A big thanks to Charlene, nurses are the best!
I had a appt with Tara. I felt very seen, heard and understood. She listened to all of my concerns. Very pleased with my visit. I also thought the scheduler and front desk workers were very helpful and pleasant.
Had a 0945 appointment for colon exam. They didn't take me in the back for over an hour. They were not busy, only one other person was in the waiting room. They didn't communicate or say that they're running behind schedule, nothing. I did the online, pre registration. Don't you know they still handed me a clipboard with more paperwork. Once I get in the back, I don't actually get to the exam room until around 1215pm. Appointments seem to mean nothing, expect to sit around for HOURS!
I go to this office when my doctor isn’t at the other location. The front desk ladies are so nice and super friendly. The waiting area is spacious, clean and never crowded. The nurse who took me back to my room was also very nice and friendly. I hate driving and this office is 30 minutes from my house, but I make the trip to see my doctor here because she always answers all of my questions and explains everything clearly for me and the great staff here. Had a routine colonoscopy. I was very nervous but the staff was very reassuring. They did an excellent job. I have a lot of confidence in Dr. Ho. I will definitely be back for my 5 year check-up!
