Dr Jill is a wonderful physician. She is very knowledgeable, and compassionate. She listens to the patient and has a good positive attitude. A top doctor.
I have to start by saying that I’ve seen both doctors and they are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the front desk ladies. From my personal experience seems to me that they do not have much experience. Customer service is the number 1 issue. I have been waiting for a doctor to call me back since Tuesday. Unfortunately I didn’t take down the name of the receptionist I spoke to. But, a few weeks ago I called to schedule a procedure with Dr James . Dr James is excellent! No waiting for an appointment, office clean, staff helpful, doctor very friendly as well as knowledgeable. I see him regularly since I am diabetic; my mother also very pleased with him. Highly recommend!
Honestly, I've been to this practice before, but have not experienced such a bad one. I went with a broken toe and they didn't want to take me because I didn't have my insurance card. I asked them to check the one that's on file, but they said I needed the new card. I called and got the "new" number, which happens to be the SAME one on file! If she did the effort to check she would have noticed it was the one on file. I waited while she did check, then later told me the doctor moved onto other patients and couldn't see me. I... read more
