I don't go here as yet myself but will start going here this winter I also love the way im hearing they are a great staff , as well and my friend kenneth tells me they are very good with there patients is very nice to hear Keep up the great work
Dr Jill is a wonderful physician. She is very knowledgeable, and compassionate. She listens to the patient and has a good positive attitude. A top doctor.
I have to start by saying that I’ve seen both doctors and they are very nice and helpful. Unfortunately I can’t say the same for the front desk ladies. From my personal experience seems to me that they do not have much experience. Customer service is the number 1 issue. I have been waiting for a doctor to call me back since Tuesday. Unfortunately I didn’t take down the name of the receptionist I spoke to. But, a few weeks ago I called to schedule a procedure with Dr James . Dr James is excellent! No waiting for an appointment, office clean, staff helpful, doctor very friendly as well as knowledgeable. I see him regularly since I am diabetic; my mother also very pleased with him. Highly recommend!
