called Elinberger's after having a rather unpleasant experience with the dealership where I purchased my car in regards to a repair. The initial phone call was very pleasant and informative. I ultimately decided to have my car repaired at Eilenberger's because I felt very comfortable and appreciated the respectfulness of the staff. Great people and great service. I highly recommend them.
They have performed maintenance and repairs on my vehicles and have always met my expectations. Also, most importantly, they have fixed it right the first time! Having worked in a service department in the past, I am always impressed with the level of professionalism I receive at Eilenberger's. I feel comfortable entrusting my vehicles to them for repair and maintenance. I would highly recommend them!
Customer service was good. I had four diagnosis that was incorrect to fix the original problem. A few thousands of dollars and three weeks later the problem still wasn't fixed. They then told me I need a new transmission to fix the problem. I would not take a foreign car to this place. Even if they say they can fix it.
