I ordered cookies for my son's birthday and had a coworker pick them up for me. I got them and they appeared to be unfinished as they didn't exactly look like basketballs. I called to chat with the store and received a lady who asked what they looked like and when I explained, she told me they were exactly as they should be. I disagreed saying they didn't look like the picture shown on the website, where she then told me I could bring them back and she could see if someone had the time to put another line on them. RecommendedOur girls tennis banquet had the most adorable and delicious cookies from Eileen's. They were beautifully decorated and you even nailed the school logo on the biggest cookie. The staff were very easy to work with and well worth the drive for our event! Thank you Eileen's!
