Eileen’s giant cookie cakes are awesome! They take the time to customize the art- I’ve taken my kids’ invitations and they’ve designed the art to match superbly! We have so many favorite things about Eileen’s! Yummy treats, great people, and service!
My children don’t care for cake and Eileen’s always does such a good job making their birthday cookies every year. This year they went the extra mile. I asked them to make a guy doing the dance the kids call the floss. Eileen’s did such a good job and my son said it looks like him! Lol!

I ordered cookies for my son's birthday and had a coworker pick them up for me. I got them and they appeared to be unfinished as they didn't exactly look like basketballs. I called to chat with the store and received a lady who asked what they looked like and when I explained, she told me they were exactly as they should be. I disagreed saying they didn't look like the picture shown on the website, where she then told me I could bring them back and she could see if someone had the time to put another line on them. A huge THANKS to everyone working today. They really came through for me. We needed a Birthday Cookie for a Co-Worker who just happened to have a birthday on Valentine's Day and Eileen's went above and beyond. We called at 10am to have a cookie decorated and we needed to pick it up by 11am. They not only told us they would be happy to make it for us but they made the cookie look spectacular. This cookie made the birthday girl's day. Thanks again for coming through for us.
Pretty sad when a class of year olds ask what happened to the frosting. Super uneven and there were a few loose crumbs on them. The sugar cookies in the case looked way better. They said they could redo them but I had to get them to my child’s school ASAP. Not happy.
