Eileen! What happened? I've been eating Eileen's cookies for years, but took a break because they were so addicting. Today I finally decided to treat myself, I looked at the package and noticed how small the cookies were. Then I tasted the several different kinds and was so disappointed. The texture was different, dry, and the flavor was non existent. Did you change your recipe? Are you buying pre-made dough? Can someone explain this?!
