Dr. Wu is a wonderful Dr. This is not about her. Nurse Lisa is one of her staff. Speaking with her over the phone was a bad experience. She made a comment on a situation that didn’t happen when it was suppose too, not knowing my family situation. Very rude, even from the beginning. When helping patients, she needs to remember that we call for help not to be criticized. She said, it so easily as if she speaks to others the same way. Dr. Will and her staff were very nice and sweet... I will return again hopefully not soon but I will...
Dr Wu is wonderful. She is the only Dr I care to go to. I have major problems with my joints. she was more than happy to listen to my concerns and we come up with a treatment plan that works. I no longer have to have my knee's drained every six months. I am going to have to have a rotator cuff repaired before to long and even though she is a out of net work provider now I will pay the extra in order to have her do it. Dr Wu practices medicine rather than being a practitioner of medicine.
