Eileen was a pleasure to work with. I appreciated that she listened to our concerns. I feel like she has the seller's best interest in mind and is easy to work with. One area that I felt could use some improvement is stronger communication regarding coordination with contractors with preparation timelines and tasks we needed to complete before work began. I did appreciate that she kept us focused on what work needed to be done without being overbearing and listened to us while guiding us through the process.
Working with Eileen was a joy! She is EXTREMELY responsive and knows the market thoroughly. Eileen made it easy to sell my home by connecting me with a number of trades including stagers, landscapers, and window washers and always kept budget in mind. All of this and at the beginning of the pandemic! I can’t recommend her enough to anyone buying or selling!
Eileen sold my property in Dublin, CA in mid-2020, mid-virus. She was a joy to work with, always encouraging, always there to talk me off the ledge if necessary. I would highly recommend her.
