I have never felt as comfortable with a doctor as I do with Dr Davis. She is very thorough and always explains everything completely. I never feel rushed. Staff sometimes seemed a bit unfriendly at first but I think this was because it was when they were changing over practice to MDVIP and they were very busy. This has definitely changed and I feel very welcome at the practice.
I had an appointment made several months in advance and forgot the date, called today to get the date and appointment was for this morning. Receptionist was very rude and said I wouldn't be able to reschedule. Poor customer service.
Dr Davis is excellent in every way. She is extremely attentive to detail. I never feel she missed anything that is relevant to my well being. I never feel rushed with her. She takes extra steps to ensure your complete understanding in your heath care. She truly cares and it shows.
