My experience with this company sucks they showed up and was surveying my neighbors property and the second day they had the property line established so they knew where the property line was they decided to trespass on my property and mess with my registered goats they are a good 100 feet from the property line so they knew they was trespassing and the lady in the office tried telling us that they are allowed to trespass on other property if they wanted to which is not the case I've done surveys before and we always asked p... read more
This is an amazing family business! My husband hired them to perform a Boundary Survey for the purchase of our new home.. they were extremely knowledgeable, and had such kind staff. Thank you so much for helping us!
We needed our property resurveyed to be able to put down a privacy fence & eiland & associates went above & beyond on everything ! They placed stakes every 25-50 feet to help us when putting the fence down. The rate was more than reasonable for the exceptional work ! They certainly do not cut corners ! Very knowledgeable team/company when it comes to your questions. The survey is also very detailed, which we love. Highly recommend.
Eiland & Assoc were referred to me by my building contractor. I cannot say how happy I was with their responsiveness, communication and work! From the first day I spoke to Ashleigh (wonderful lady!!) on the phone til the day she sent my survey to the title company, it's taken what was a huge headache and made it easy.
