You must use the valet parking. Rooms are nice. Need better exhaust fans in rooms because of the steam coming from the shower.

Location of this property is good however that is about all that's good We booked this as a "resort" however while they charge u resort fees but they don't even make up your room There is no basic amenities in the room Front desk staff is useless It's basically an apartment complex level service

Мы не дошли до отеля,по улице идти невозможно,вонь такая канализацией, что сделать вдох просто невозможно. Жаль,красивое место,хорошая задумка, но такое ощущение,что находишься в помойной яме.

The hotel's location is good. The amenities are also quite good; the facilities are old, but well-maintained. Unfortunately, the service side of the experience was chaotic and frankly disappointing. While the physical space is good, the management seems to be poor. We found the staff to be largely unresponsive to basic requests, making simple tasks feel like a struggle.
