Had my honeymoon here. Was told they would come clean and refill the room every day but that didnt happen at all. guess I would have to ask. the breakfast was closed the day we left. not expected. the Safe was broken and they couldn't fix. everything is kinda old. like they patched it to look brand new but once your here a few days you realize its all very old.
Update: A year later, I returned to this "5" star hotel yesterday, and unfortunately, things did not change for the better. The valet totally confused me. Not only did they take a long time to get to me, but I was under the impression that they wanted me to park myself and pay the $15. Yeah, right! They upgraded the pool tents and benches. (No pictures taken of upgrade) I had a decent time spending time with a friend and my mother. However, this time around, I did see mold, as others have stated in the reviews. Great place for a family vacation. The pool was clean and not too busy.
Definitely not coming here again. Very pricey for a hotel that doesn't come with many positives. The service was horrible, not to mention that room service isn't available. The women that attempted to help us when we checked in didn't explain things clearly either. We had selected “pre- paid” for our stay but she explained that they physically haven’t charged the card yet and it seemed like she was trying to charge us double for our one night.
