I was told we were going to a resort and then got sent to a hotel instead. The sales people then tried to get me to sign a credit application and point blank told us it wasn't a credit application like we couldn't read the header. Needless to say I'm not doing any bluegreen packages again.
Unfriendly and unprofessional staff. Old equipment in the rooms (TV, microwave and Fridge). Valet attendants are great but car was returned extremely dirty. Front did said they couldn’t do anything about it. Trash in the hallway for 3 days.
